I'm Nino Trubacik — born in the Czech Republic. I split my time between marketing, real estate, and building the tools on this site.
The throughline is testing. In marketing I do customer research and A/B tests on hooks and headlines with our media buyer — work that took campaign ROAS from 1.7 to over 3.0. In real estate I've marketed and leased apartments, cutting the average time-to-lease by 12 days.
The tools here follow the same pattern: find a question that costs weeks — a feasibility check, a creative test, a budget decision — and turn it into something that answers in seconds.
